BARTON JONES – SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLION – 2015 Description 55% Sauvignon Blanc 45% Semillon A highly aromatic, elegant and well structured wine with herbaceous and subtle tropical notes which mingle on a persistent palate. Good length, fruit weight and a vibrant style blend make for a versatile and interesting wine for all occasions. Good all year round drinking from release for up to 3 years. Well suited to drinking as an aperitif, or to accompany Asian dishes, salads, or creamy soft cheeses and seafood. Barton Jones Wines produce two distinct wine styles: The BartonJones Premium Series; sold at cellar door and key restaurants around the South-West and Perth, and the Cellar Series which is available at selected South-West and Perth retail outlets. The Premium Series is made in exceptional vintages, from hand selected parcels of fruit and then selected barrels, to produce a premium wooded style with cellaring potential and with food matching in mind. The Cellar Series is produced every vintage from handpicked fruit to give a fresh vibrant, fruit driven, style. The whites are fresh and aromatic and the reds are fruit driven with restrained use of oak. The winemaking for each series is accomplished through the engagement
